My
name is Jodie, and I am married to a wonderful,
Godly man named Aaron; and we have a precious baby
girl named Felicity. I have been blessed by the
Lord with the talent of art and design. Since
I was old enough to hold a pencil I have been drawing,
painting, taking pictures, or doing whatever I
could with the ability that God has given me.

Being
a wife and mother, I understand the importance
of savoring every precious moment in life that
we possibly can, and I do so through the art
of photography. It is so important to remember
the laughs, the hugs & kisses, and the “firsts” of
life. Photography really is an art, and I do
my very best to capture each of those moments
so they will not be forgotten. |

Through
my murals, I simply strive to accomplish the
look that you want to achieve; and, with graphic
design, I creatively bring to life your business

You can
expect the session to take anywhere between 30 minutes
to 2 hours. It all just depends upon the location,
the set-up time, and when I feel that I have fully
captured all the photos I intended. I do not want
the session to be rushed by any means. The more casual
and relaxed the better, so please allow plenty of
time in your schedule for the session.

The
session can either be held at my home studio, a mini-studio
I can set up in your home, or a location of your choice.
Some good outdoor locations in Ocala can include Silver
Springs, Shalom Park, or if you have a location in
mind, please let me know. I love new suggestions! |

For
studio portraits for babies and toddlers, I have many
props available, however, my goal is to focus on your
child, so I do not use anything overwhelming that will
take away from their character. Simple props can be
fun. Anything from a blanket to your child’s
favorite stuffed animal can be useful; it’s just
all about the look you prefer. Please contact me prior
to the session to discuss any details you have in mind. |

Newborns & Babies:
Little
or no clothing looks best. Keep it simple. Hair bows
and barrettes always add a special touch and are
welcomed, along with fun hats and diaper coverings.
We may or may not use these, but it’s always
good to have just in case. I usually ask the parents
to wear black so they can be less a distraction
if caught in a photo.

Toddlers,
Children, & Adults: Solid
colors are great. Please shy away from busy patterns,
cartoon characters, or distracting logos. Jeans, Khakis,
and dresses are the best! Please feel free to bring
along any accessories you would like to use. |
|
Families,
Couples & Group Shots: I
do not ask that you must match, but it’s best
to at least coordinate your outfits. |
|

Proofs
will be available within 10 days of the session viewable
online and will remain up for 30 days. Orders should
be placed during this time, however, your images
will be on file for an entire year if you need to
re-order at a later time. Once your order is placed,
it will be available for pick-up within 2-3 weeks.
You will receive a phone call or email letting you
know it is ready.

Please
note that all images are copyright protected. It is
illegal to copy, reprint, or download any images without
consent from the photographer. All images on CD that
are purchased come with a written letterhead granting
permission to reprint your photos. |
